PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a Special Meeting of the Mayor and Council will be conducted on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 1:00 pm. The purpose of this meeting is to introduce Ordinance 26-1116 (An Ordinance Amending Chapter 65 "Affordable Housing" of the Code of the Borough of Saddle River) and Ordinance 26-1117 (An Ordinance to Amend Section 99-4 of the Ordinances of the Borough of Saddle River, County of Bergen and State of New Jersey Relating to Residential Development Fees).
In addition, three resolutions will be considered: 1) Resolution to adopt the Borough's Spending Plan; 2) Resolution to Adopt the Borough's Affirmative Marketing Plan; and 3) Resolution to Fund Affordable Housing Programs.
