NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING ON MAY 1, 2026 AT 5:00 PM AND
CANCELLATION OF MAY 4, 2026 WORK SESSION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Friday, May 1, 2026 at 5:00 pm, the Borough of Saddle River Mayor and Council will conduct a virtual special meeting, which can be accessed using the instructions provided below. Official action may be taken. At this time, the known agenda items are as follows:
· To consider a resolution authorizing procurement of two vehicles for the Saddle River Police Department
· To consider a resolution determining the need for a proposed 42-unit age-restricted affordable housing development project to be located on block 1605, Lots 1 & 2
· To consider a resolution approving and authorizing a Developer’s Agreement between the Borough of Saddle River and Saddle River Phase 2, LLC for a proposed 42-unit age-restricted affordable housing development project to be located on Block 1605, Lots 1 & 2
The Council is utilizing the Zoom meetings program, a cloud platform for video and audio conferencing across mobile devices, desktop computers, laptop computers and telephones, to conduct this special meeting in compliance with the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act. During the public hearing, any member of the public will have an opportunity to view the hearing in its entirety, ask questions and provide comments during the public portion of the meeting by logging in to the virtual meeting.
